MorphoSys AG (FSE: MOR; Prime Standard Segment, TecDAX) announced today that at the Company's annual shareholder meeting on Wednesday, May 14, 2008, its shareholders confirmed the reappointment of Dr. Gerald Möller, Dr. Daniel Camus, Dr. Metin Colpan and Dr. Geoffrey N. Vernon to the Supervisory Board. Dr. Möller was reappointed as Chairman of the Supervisory Board.

 

In addition to the confirmation of the appointments to the Supervisory Board, all other management proposals put to vote were passed at the meeting, which took place in Munich.

 

As part of the shareholder assembly agenda, the shareholders approved a three-for-one split of the Company's common stock.
